RELOCATION OF THE TNPA HEAD OFFICE TO PORT OF NGQURA

The consultation process between Labour and Management on the relocation of TNPA HQ to Port of Ngqura was held on 5 February 2021 via Microsoft Teams.
Labour reflected on the presentation by Management and raised their concerns in the manner the process is currently unfolding. Management then requested to caucus separately to afford them ample opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by Labour.
Upon Managements return from their caucus and readiness to respond to Labours concerns, network challenges were then being experienced, which prohibited the consultation process to continue. It was then agreed by both parties, being Labour and Management to continue the consultation process on 12 February 2021.
Members will be kept abreast at all times of any new developments as the consultation process unfolds.
