PRASA PROVIDENT FUND EARLY WITHDRAWAL OF RETIREMENT SAVINGS QUERY
Please find attached communiqué from Jan Seaba, Principal Officer of the PRASA Provident Fund,
CL.UN.PRASA.PF.001 A Communique wherein he is clarifying the funds position on the subject matter relating to the early withdrawal of retirement savings.
ALL withdrawals are depending on authorisation from Parliament.
Members will be eligible to apply for a portion of these funds only after the legislation is approved by Parliament and signed off by the President.
No retirement fund can give early access to retirement savings at this stage.
All members will be kept abreast as soon as Parliament approved and signed the white paper.
