THIRTEEN NEW HOLIDAY RESORTS FOR UNTU MEMBERS TO CHOOSE FROM
UNTU members you have asked for it, now your Union of choice is giving it to you.
As from today UNTU members will have 13 new holiday resorts, across the country, where they can enjoy discounted rates.
UNTU members living in the Northern Provinces no longer have to feel that they are only limited to Voetplaatpark, the Union’s coastal family holiday resort in Sunwich Port on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
UNTU entered into an agreement with TradeUnipoint.com, a Website offering the public superb self-catering holiday accommodation on a Rental basis. TradeUnipoint.com lives up to their slogan, ‘Make Holiday Memories’, by ensuring that all clients enjoy a well-deserved holiday and build unforgettable memories.
TradeUnipoint is prepared to offer UNTU members discounted holiday rates depending on the availability thereof. Bear in mind that UNTU members must always adhere to the terms and conditions of TradeUnipoint and the specific rules of the resorts visited.
Please note that the UNTU tariffs exclude all private owned time share weeks.
The resorts are:
- Monateng Safari Lodge in Wallmantshall, Pretoria, Gauteng.
- Manzi Monate Resort near the Roodeplaat Dam, Pretoria, Gauteng.
- Little Eden Resort, Cullinan, a mere 40-minute drive from Pretoria, Gauteng.
- Mabalingwe Nature Reserve near Bela Bela in Limpopo.
- Ekuthuleni Resort is situated about 26 km from Hoedspruit, Limpopo.
- Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge near Pilgrims Rest, Mpumalanga.
- Sudwala Lodge located below the Sudwala Caves near Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
- Uvongo River Resort, Margate on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
- Caribbean Estates, Port Edward on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
- Durban Spa, located on Durban’s popular golden mile, KwaZulu-Natal.
- Mount Amanzi at the Hartbeespoort Dam near Brits in the North West.
- Baywater Village on the shores of the Swartviei Lake in Sedgefield, between Wilderness and Knysna in the Western Cape.
- GRC – The Island in Sedgefield in the Western Cape.
Please refer to the attached for the tariffs and terms and conditions of the agreement between UNTU and TradeUniport. Included in the attachment is an instruction Manual, which will assist in navigation and operation of the TradeUnipoint system, once logged in.
Please note that UNTU members are required to login, before searching for availability or confirming a reservation.

As she is not in the Call Centre, TradeUnipoint requests UNTU members to make use of e-mail communication with her, which would also assist with keeping record of all reservations.
Just a kind request for UNTU members to please still make use of the Online system, and contact Janeke should they have any difficulties with the system or require any clarification.
When TradeUnipoint issues a Guest Certificate in the UNTU member’s name, it is a mandatory requirement to enter your SAP number in the Comments section, so that it may be verified by the Union should need be.
