We are experiencing challenges where members are not complying and following due process by writing directly to the General Secretary requesting assistance.
We appeal to members to please ensure that they follow the following procedure by first approaching their Trade Union Representative for assistance if they do not receive the required assistance then they must approach the Branch Chairman/Secretary off their Branch and thereafter the Executive Councillor of their respective Business Unit and only as last resort the General Secretary.
This will assist greatly in expediting your matters.
