Please take note that Untu and Prasa Management met under the auspices of the CCMA yesterday 26 July 2016. The matter was set down to be Conciliated, during the conciliation process it became quite evident that the Commissioner would not issue a certificate of non-resolution.
After a lengthy debate the Commissioner informed all Parties that a ruling will be made in terms of jurisdiction. The conciliation was then adjourned.
We have no other option but to wait for the jurisdictional ruling on the matter.
