Management and labour met again on the 13th of April 2016 to discuss the New Reward Progression Model.
Labour proposed some minor changes to the draft agreement and as result Management needed time to seek a mandate for these proposals.
The next meeting has been set down for the 11th May 2016 where hopefully all will be finalised and we will be able to sign the New Reward Progression agreement.
