Due to the various different Interpretations of the Payment relating to the “Call-Outs” on Sundays, UTATU SARWHU has declared a dispute.
The Conciliation was dealt with today and the attached Variat.Agr.005 A Call Outs Transnet Freight Rail has been signed. We trust that this Agreement will alleviate any further problems relating to this matter.
